recently i have been tasked to call up hotels for sponsorships. and boy, im really impressed by the level of customer service they reflected to me just by that mere minutes of phone call conversation. i have to highlight the exceptional superb service of Shangri-la hotel. this is the best. and im so glad elaine's gona hold her wedding there. at least i can feel that we are in safe hands. :) the person over the other line was so soothing and made me feeel so comfortable talking to her like as if i had known her already.
but as usual in the hotel system/hierachy, its also like govt sectors, they like to transfer calls to many different departments and then u end up repeating the whole story to them again.

anw my laptop charger was faulty just 2 days ago. the day my sis had her internet connection like finally and my laptop had to be not working. the charger was leaking yellow liquid and could not charge up my computer! then i had to confess to mummy and daddy. and got scolded and NIAM by them for one day. ytd (thur) brought it to the service centre and they changed it instantly without asking why is it like dat. i was so afraid they wanted me to confess. but they didnt. they just replaced it with a new one. i supposed its cheap stuff to them. and i got it done in like 15 mins.
one day without use of computer was tortorous. on wed night i had to use daddy's computer and then when i use it too loong, he scolded me, and continued nagging like how i didnt take care of my computer and stuff...and chased my away from using his. i didnt get to send some impt emails :/

im so glad everything is restored back to normal now. i will take extra care of it.

its always like that. you dont usually cherish the things around you until they "fall sick" or becomes faulty and then you realised that you actually need them by your side. same applies for human relationships. so PR is the best solution. haha. im applying bizcom and business concepts.


proj due dates are nearing already. i haven started on 2/3 of them. im really wondering if i can finish on time.
