my bday this yr is gona be a low profile one. but im already a happy girl!

my dad is in india now so my family will only celebrate this sat when he comes back. tonight me mummy and sis will "celebrate" by eating home cooked food?!

had driving test today. the warm up instructor looked at my i/c, then looked at me, and stare at my i/c again, and check his watch. finally asking me, today is ur bday? he told me he also had his bday present (his licence) on his bday and hoped i will have a similar present!

time to pick ping pong ball for test route. i picked no. 13. first thing that came to my mind was bambang = lousy feeeling = bad luck.

mins b4 test, my tester called for my name. all the testers were asking for candidate's i/c no. mine also asked me for my bdate. i was surprised by this qn but answered him anw. then he said okay, lets go to the car. in the car, he wished me happy birthday! haha! he was super friendly and nice! he told me not to be nervous, to do my best, and he was so soft spoken unlike my previous tester who had a black face and deep voice and any instruction he gives will make you jump.
my this tester told me he will give me a good bday present and keep telling me to do my best.
he even talked to me, like what am i studying now, where, my family, blah blah blah and told me to treat him like my normal instructor. my goodness! i love him man!

after that this lady keeps talking to me, in a friendly way. and we were practically just tog, waiting to watch the video, take queue no, wait, and mutual entertaining each other. after that another guy who also took the test at the same time, waved bye and smiled to the rest of us after he has completed all procedures and stuff. suddenly everyone is so friendly, behaving without restrictions, like in those american society.
and i pretty love the feeling of living in this kinda situation or atmosphere.
if only sgp can be like this everyday. and not only today.

all the testers seem to be very happy today. seriously a drastic difference from the last time. they seem to behave like its their bday today! or maybe they know its mine?!

my mum msged me. my friends wished me. thanks for all those lovely msgs. and the luck u all gave me was truly significant and magnificent enough for my test! and popo even called me this morn just to wish me happy birthday! just that i was sleeping and didnt pick up but she wished me when i called her to tell her the good news! im so touched.

i feel so loved and blessed. every other thing else ard me doesnt affect me now. i feel self-sufficient and self-fulfilled that i dont require any sort of cake blowing or big celebration. just spending time together with the people i love and pple who make me feel loved. i dont even mind having to study on this day.
