i just got posted to a new workplace. after i have gotten use to the poeple and the environment, tmr i will change environment again. sighs.

now i finally understand and experience the behind the scenes of a call centre, how to handle problematic calls, how some pple call in with WEIRD reasons. and i really was giggling over the phone but had to be secretive in order not to let the person hear.

one guy called to say he is so poor, he has no passport, he lost his i/c and has no money to replace one cos its 100 bucks. sometimes they really sound pitiful but there's no way we can help them yet they refused to put down the phone. my attachee actually lowered the volume of the call (not to hear the complains), sometimes mute the call to talk to me w/o letting him hear, showed alot of faces and pek-cek-ness. haha.

this further supports my stand: there are alot of types of pple in this world.

anw i hope i wont be spotted by anyone tmr onwards. i dont want to be seen doing my job. i shall not reveal. *crosses finger*
